Privacy Statement

Think of this page as the contact sheet of everything camtocam.live touches. The headline: nobody signs up here, we run no statistics tool, show no ads and drop no cookies of our own. Below is each remaining piece, including the link to another company’s chat.

1. Hosting at Cloudflare

Cloudflare, Inc. delivers these pages. To do that its network reads the IP address of each request, works out roughly which country and state it comes from, notes browser type, device and time, and sees which address was requested. That same location guess decides whether a short note about age-verification law appears at the top. For us this information serves one purpose, keeping the site up and fending off abuse. Cloudflare’s own privacy notice covers how it treats the data.

2. The age-check entry

Saying yes to the age question leaves a single local-storage item on your device. Name: cq_print18. Purpose: to note your yes to the age photo, sparing you a repeat on every visit. Content: the time of that click and nothing more. Duration: thirty days, after which the page discards it and shows the instant photo again. Nothing of it is sent to us, it is no cookie, and wiping camtocam.live’s stored site data erases it before then.

3. Contact form messages

A note sent through our form is kept together with the topic you picked and, if you typed one, your reply address. It is stored in a key-value store of our Cloudflare account; no outside form tool, mailbox service or captcha vendor sits in between. We read notes to reply and to process privacy or takedown matters. After twelve months they expire automatically, sooner whenever you ask for it.

4. The Coomeet chat (third party)

camtocam.live embeds no chat and loads no script from Coomeet. Contact with Coomeet begins with your click on start: the short address /visit on this site forwards the new tab straight to coomeet.me, without storing anything. From that point the exchange runs directly between your device and Coomeet: IP address, device information and, only after you grant it in the browser, camera image, microphone audio and anything you type. Coomeet may keep its own entries in your browser too. Coomeet decides on all of that itself, as an independent controller bound by the policy and terms published on its site; none of your video, sound or chat lines ever reach us. A partner code in the link lets Coomeet credit us with commission and reveals nothing about who you are.

5. Partner links

Every link pointing to the provider carries that same partner code. After you click one, the privacy and payment terms of the site you land on are the ones that count.

6. Your rights over the data

You may obtain a copy of whatever we store about you, ask for corrections or erasure, or object to how it is used. Californians hold these rights under the CCPA in its CPRA version; comparable rights exist under the laws of further US states, the EU member countries and Britain. Personal information is never sold by us, nor handed over for cross-context behavioral advertising. Claiming these rights brings you no drawback with us whatsoever. Use the Send a note form; answers come within 45 days.

7. Minors

camtocam.live is closed to under-18s, and we never knowingly gather information about a minor. If a minor has written to us, let us know so we can delete the note.

Any change in how data is handled is reflected here first, along with a new date at the top.
